Samsung has already leading the smartphone market with its galaxy s6 and galaxy s6 edge. Both phones are making good profits for the company since their launch. There are only few smartphones that can compete with Samsung's flagships.
But in a market like India, we focus on price. Most of the Indian smartphone buyer prefers to go for a budget segment(15k-30k) instead of spending too much money.
So Samsung is presenting its new budget phone called Samsung galaxy A8.

Galaxy A8 is the new smartphone from Samsung. It has a 5.7 inch 1920*1080 super Amoled display with 386ppi . It is also one of the slimmest phone from Samsung. Now Samsung is taking it's phones design

5.9mm thin from sides

seriously.This time they have used full metallic body which looks stunning. Galaxy A8 is only 5.9mm thin,which makes it look beautiful.

It has a great 16 MP rear camera with options like face detection, image stabilization,voice activation, and digital zoom. Galaxy A8 camera is some what like s6 camera. You will get the same UI. Front camera is of 5 MP which is able to take wide shoots.
In terms of hardware specification,it has Qualcomm snapdragom Octacore processor with 2 GB of ram.You will also get a finger print scanner similar to galaxy s6. It is coming with 32 GB built in storage expandable up to 128 GB using external micro sd card. Now this is one of the best feature they are offering. Samsung didn't forget about battery,so they have used a 3050mAh battery that will last for a day on normal usage.

This time I'm fully satisfied with a Samsung's smartphone but still there's something that Samsung should think about.I'm talking about its price point. It is available in India for Rs 32500, which is a little higher for a budget phone. It would be lot better if they cut its price by 5-6k.
Now you might be thinking about it's competitors. So we have newly released Oneplus 2 and Asus Zenfone 2. According to me Oneplus 2 is the biggest competitor with great hardware and software.Oneplus 2 is available for Rs 25000 which makes it a tough competition for Samsung galaxy A8.

Summing up all the things I can say that galaxy A8 is a good device with great look and design. If you want a good looking phone with good performance for around 30k then you can consider Samsung galaxy A8 as an option. If you don't want to spend that much money,then wait for few months till it's price drops by 5-6k.

Samsung Galaxy Note5 is here- August 21th

Samsung galaxy note 5 gold version

Samsung's note series is one of the best in its class.
Since the launch of first note device, its doing great for Samsung. Now after the success of its predecessor Samsung galaxy note 4, it will be interesting to see if it is going to impress people or not.

If we talk about its design then its no different from galaxy s6. Same glass design is used in note 5. It also got the same specs as that of Samsung galaxy s6. Well we all know that the S6 is one of the best smartphone available in market right now,so using same design and specs in note 5 is not a bad idea.

Now most of you were thinking that why should I buy a "Note 5" if its same as s6.
Then let me tell you that it will going to offer you the power of s6 with the functionality of Note series.
Talking about difference, it will offer 4gb ram and about 3000 mAh battery. This time battery seems a little bit smaller but they are also giving option for fast charging.
It has also got its famous S pen but this time it is much better with some spring action that provides feedback while using it. You will also find the same 5 mp camera in front and a 16 MP camera at the back with image stabilization.
It will be available in local stores from 21st August in US market or you can also pre order it from Samsung's official site.
